Report on Intercollegiate Poster Making Competition
Organized by National Service Scheme Unit No: 265, Mar Baselios College of
Education, Sulthan Bathery
The National Service Scheme (NSS) Group Fraternity of Mar Baselios College
of Education, Sulthan Bathery, under Unit No: 265, organized an Intercollegiate
Poster Making Competition in connection with National Life Insurance Day,
observed on May 2, 2025. The competition was conducted with the theme
"Insurance: Your Security, Your Responsibility," aiming to spread awareness
about the importance of insurance and individual responsibility in financial
security. Exclusively for B.Ed. students, the competition encouraged participants
to express their creativity and originality through posters in either Malayalam or
English. A commendable number of entries were received from various teacher
education colleges, each reflecting thoughtful interpretations of the given theme.
The event was successfully coordinated by the NSS Group Fraternity, with active
involvement from the students and staff. The deadline for submitting entries was
May 9, 2025, and submissions were collected via WhatsApp. It is with great pride
that we announce Akshaya A from H.H. Marthoma Mathews Training College as
the winner of the competition, whose poster was noted for its impactful message
and artistic presentation. The NSS Group Fraternity extends hearty congratulations to the winner and sincere appreciation to all the participants for their enthusiastic involvement, making the event a memorable and meaningful initiative under the leadership of Dr. Sunith Kumar G.N, Principal and General Convener, Mr. Rajeesh Kumar K.K, NSS Programme Officer and Programme Convener, and Sreya A, NSS Volunteer and Student Convener
