The second Year Social Science B.Ed students celebrated the 'valakappu(Bangle ceremony/Baby Shower ceremony of their teacher Mrs.Tushara P Paulose(Assistant rofessor in General Education.



Valakappu Ceremony is a traditional South Indian ritual performed during pregnancy.

The ceremony typically involves adorning the expectant mother with bangles and blessings from family and friends, symbolizing protection, positive energy, and well-being for both the mother and the unborn child. It is a joyous occasion marked by music, rituals, and gifts, celebrating the transition into motherhood.
