Women's Conclave at Saptha Resort,Sulthan Bathery on International Women's Day

Students and teachers from Mar Baselios College of Education participated in the Women's Day Conclave organized by Malayala Manorama in collaboration with Saptha Resort & Spa, Sulthan Bathery, on 6th March 2025. The conclave focused on the theme "A Light in Urul—Feminism of Survival."

Mrs. K. C. Rosakutty, Chairperson of the Kerala State Women's Commission, actively participated in the discussion. Women representing the Mundakai Chooralmala disaster victims shared their struggles and hardships, invoking hope for survival and resilience.

Dr. K. A. Noorbhina, Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at St. Mary's College, moderated the discussion, guiding an insightful discussion on women's perseverance and empowerment.

2.Preparation of handmade teaching / learning aids from locally available resources 

3.Student Teachers can visualize relevant aids in their subject areas and bring necessary materials to the college and prepare the models

4.Your optional teachers will evaluate your work

5.Clarify your subject related doubts with your optional teachers

 Face Painting Competition for Women's Day 2025

In celebration of Women's Day 2025, MBCE, Zillenials (2024-25), in association with IQAC and the Gender Justice Forum, hosted an exciting Face Painting Competition on 06/03/2025! 🌸

Mrs. Jayakala K M, Vice Principal of the college, inaugurated the competition.

13 teams participated in the competition  . The teaching faculty also participated by face-painting of their colleagues. The competition was judged by Mrs. Saranya K.S(Asst. Prof in Visual Arts) and Mrs.Geena koshy (Asst. Prof. in General Education).

First Prize- Amulya Elizabeth Wilson& Sr. Sibi Joshy (Second Year students)

Second Prize-Julia Mary Thomas & Ashly K.A(Second Year students)

 Third Prize shared by two teams: Ansa Maria &Fathima Nasreen(First Year students)
