Convocation Ceremony of the 2022–2024 Batch
The Convocation Ceremony for the 2022–2024 batch of Mar Baselios College of Education, Sulthan Bathery, was held on November 9, 2024, in the college auditorium. This momentous event marked the culmination of the students' academic journey, symbolizing their hard work, dedication, and achievements over two years.
The Chief Vicar General, Rt. Rev. Msgr. Sebastian Keepallil, graced the occasion with his inspirational Residential Address. Following this, the Manager of MBCE, Most Rev. Joseph Mar Thomas, delivered the Convocation Address, motivating the graduates to continue striving for excellence in their professional and personal lives.
The highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of medals and certificates. Special awards were given to students who achieved 80% and above in the B.Ed. course and to those who excelled in competitive exams such as NET, K-TET, C-TET, and SET.
The graduates then took the Oath of Loyalty, pledging to uphold the values instilled during their time at the institution. The event continued with felicitations by Mr. Sundarlal M.K., Principal of D.El.Ed., MBCE, and Mrs. Jayakala M., Vice Principal of MBCE.
The rebuttal address, delivered by Mr. Devadarshan T.S., a graduate of the 2022–2024 batch, reflected the pride and gratitude of the graduating students. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Asha P.L., Assistant Professor in Natural Science and Program Convenor, followed by the National Anthem.
After the formal proceedings, the graduates celebrated their success with photo sessions and a celebratory lunch.
